You can return or exchange your order within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in resellable condition, with all tags, barcode labels and original packaging intact. Accessories should be returned in their original branded box, inside a protective outer box or postal bag.

Return postage is at your cost unless we sent the wrong item or the item is faulty. In those cases we'll refund up to £10 in postage on receipt of a valid postage receipt.

Online orders can't be returned in store.

Such a lovely stylish addition to any small child’s room. Instantly recognisable as a rabbit and despite being white, the lighting is subdued and the lamp can be used as a night light. The lamp itself is very lightweight and sturdy enough to withstand manhandling by small hands or the odd tumble. Excellent product which I imagine will last for many years. So pleased to have found this company. Very prompt service.
